How can you access your student’s account?
Set up your student’s online account, ask our front desk attendant to email you your log-in info.
You can also download our STUDIO APP, available on any Android or Apple device. Online you can check and pay your balance and stay up to date with your account info! The link below will take you to the login screen!

How can your student progress faster?
*Students often receive take-home practice sheets, ask your student about those sheets and sign off on them to help them remember to practice at home and earn a dance ticket. *Subscribe to our YOUTUBE channel. We post tutorials, and at home practice videos there. *Join our studio Facebook page and request to be on your student’s group pages. We post studio updates and information on our general page and practice clips on the individual group pages!
Why do we have to pay full tuition every month?
Classes are scheduled out accordingly for a certain amount of classes from September through June.
The studio calculates equal classes for our scheduled season and factors in Holidays, school closings and vacation times. We Do Not charge extra during months there are more classes, so to keep accurate records the system bills automatically in accordance with the scheduled classes posted. We do not refund payments made on tuition for any reason as we plan our lessons/syllabus based on enrollment. We also really do want your dancer to get the best dance education and knowledge possible, so making up missed time is important to us!
Why doesn't the studio prorate for missed classes/cancelled or holiday classes?
We pride ourselves on offering quality dance education and adequate training time and to promote that policy, we prefer student’s make up for their missed time by attending another class time. Your student can pick up a dance class pass at the front desk to attend another class for instruction for the time missed. Any canceled classes are always offered a class pass to make up the time, and holiday breaks are always factored into the yearly calendar!
Why does your studio charge a late fee?
Our studio has monthly costs to keep it running smoothly and keep it’s doors open. If our clients can keep their accounts current, then so can we. That also allows us to keep our studio in tip top shape and to offer the best!
Does my student have to participate in the recital/performances?
No! We strongly encourage them to perform to give them the best opportunity and experience, however performing is not for everyone. If you are taking a class for technique to better your education and prefer not to perform, just simply let your instructor know when costume slips are handed out! Think of this sport just like any other. You can’t play a football game with one player!
How can I get involved more at the studio?
Our studio is a very family oriented place and we strive to give our students the best and most opportunities we can and realize there is substantial cost involved at times. Our Express Booster Club is always taking new club members to help out and fundraise and bring ideas to the studio!! You can be a club member by signing up at the front desk or emailing the studio! Does my student really need dancewear and do I really need to order it here?
YES and YES :) Having the correct dance attire will give your student the best capability of learning their skill and doing it safely. We prefer to have students order their supplies through our studio so we know they are getting correct items, that they fit correctly and that we are uniform. That is all part of the training process. If they advance to a career in this industry, uniformity and following policy is a MUST. If your student comes to class with the wrong attire on, they may come home with a dancewear card that tells what they missed. You can order their dance supplies directly from the front desk, or from your parent portal.
